I trained in this beautiful modality 24 years ago. As a result I have healed from depression, anxiety, and an eating disorder, along with a dysfunctional lifestyle formed from many traumatic events.
Breathwork will help reveal feelings you didn’t know existed, and help you resolve issues at a deep core level. Talking helps, but Breathwork reveals that which is in your unconscious and drives your everyday responses and experiences.
